We currently ship to the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, and select European countries. We do not offer worldwide shipping at this time.

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at info@rayanova.de.

Orders shipped to the US, UK, and Canada may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been washed are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@rayanova.de with:

— Your order number
— The item(s) you wish to return
— The reason for the return

We will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation from our team.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account. This timeframe is determined by your financial institution and is outside of our control.

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment infrastructure, which uses SSL encryption and complies with PCI DSS standards. We never store, access, or share your payment details.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, orders are processed and we are unable to make changes. Please contact us immediately at info@rayanova.de if you need to cancel or adjust your order.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking number for updates. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us at info@rayanova.de with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

All RAYANOVA pieces are designed with an oversized, relaxed fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down by one size. Each product page includes a size guide for reference.

Our products are made from a variety of high-quality fabrics depending on the item. Common compositions include:

— Cotton

— Other fibres

The exact fabric composition for each product is listed on the individual product page. If you have specific material requirements or allergies, please check the product description before purchasing.

To keep your pieces in the best condition:

— Machine wash cold (40°C max)
— Wash inside out
— Do not tumble dry on high heat
— Do not bleach
— Iron on low heat if needed
