1. Scope & Operator

These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through rayanova.de, operated by RAYANOVA, Hamburg, Germany (info@rayanova.de). By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with § 312g BGB and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Warranty

In accordance with German law (§§ 434 et seq. BGB), you have statutory warranty rights of 2 years from the date of delivery for any defects present at the time of purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@rayanova.de within 7 days of delivery.

7. Liability

We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For minor negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations. Our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. This limitation does not apply to damages involving injury to life, body, or health.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on rayanova.de — including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design — is the property of RAYANOVA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

10. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, but are willing to do so in individual cases.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to your purchase.
