Delivery Regions

We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. We do not offer shipping to other regions at this time.

Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Germany: 7-12 business days
  • United States: 6-11 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier conditions beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order date, please contact us at info@rayanova.de.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union — including the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada — may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. RAYANOVA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 consecutive business days, contact us immediately at info@rayanova.de with your order number and we will investigate on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. RAYANOVA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@rayanova.de. We will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
